The Actors Dance Collective will be leading the Keep Fit workshop at 2pm so make sure you get here early to have some food and rest before the activity starts. This will consist of activities you can learn and do at home on your own.
Founded by Elizabeth Buckingham ADC was originally established by actor/dancers, and today caters to people from all walks of life, young and old, and is an immediate answer to an ongoing diverse range of creative needs.
ADC are regular visitors to KTCC and last hosted our very popular Seated Tap Class.

We will be starting a KTTC choir for the Older People’s Project in Spring 2020 so this will be a chance to find out more information about our new weekly singing sessions and also find out if this might be a regular activity you want to participate in.
